They're called Standard because they don't have a sea-view but they're still really nice, well-appointed rooms. There are comfy chairs to sit on and a nice table with interesting bumf to read.

What can we say? Perhaps the best room in Brighton? Definitely the room for a special occasion. Glorious high-ceilinged room with floor-to-ceiling bay window. You can open this and sit out on the balcony - gazing over the beautifully-manicured Regency Square to the shimmering sea. En suite with shower (the room, not the sea).

Sea-view triple (1)
As roomy as the sea-view doubles and cosy too. Light and airy and as it's at the top has an even more magnificent view (if that's possible). Rates are based on three adults sharing – discounts are available for children. Double bed + single bed. Modern en suite bathroom has both shower and bath.

All rooms have TV/DVDs – the sea-view rooms have 26” flat screens with Freeview - and DVDs are available to borrow.
There are clock radios - with an iPod dock in the four sea-view rooms - and tea and coffee making facilities too.
A fold-up bed can be added to the sea-view rooms for an additional £20 per night.
There is a 10% discount for stays of four nights or more.
We ask that you book for two nights at weekends and three at bank holidays. If you can only stay for one night then please ring us the day before and we'll do our best to help.
