The rooms

Seven double or triple rooms are available, four of which have stupendous views of the sea and pier. These include a stunning balcony room for those who really want to spoil themselves. We also have a large single room.

All rooms are en-suite and have tea- and coffee-making facilities.  Fresh milk can be provided on request.

The rates

Sea-view doubles are between £80 and £115 per room. Rooms at the back are between £65 and £85. The balcony room is from £95 to £130 and the single room is between £45 and £55. The sea-view triple is from £120 to £165. (The lower rates apply at quieter times.)

We ask that you book for two nights at weekends and three at bank holidays - so many people want to do so that we have to accommodate them. If you can only stay for one night then please ring us the evening before and we'll do our best to help.

A choice of continental breakfasts is available from £5.50 per person.  These are as organic and Fairtrade as we can make them.
