The Gingerman Restaurant Norfolk Square the original Gingerman site opened in 1998. A smal restaurant close to the Brighton Seafront and Artist Residence Hotel. The Gingerman boats very impressive gourmet dining, for very special occassions, with un complicated, full-flavoured food made from heaven.
