-Exit following the signs towards Brighton Town Centre

-Upon reaching the roundabout by the Brighton Pier, take the third exit heading west along the seafront on the Kings Road

-George IV Guesthouse is located directly opposite the West Pier in Regency Square

-To access Regency Square, take a right turn at Preston Street

-Take the next right on Preston Street to access the top Regency Square

-There is an underground car park in Regency Square

George IV Guesthouse is situated at the top of the square with a Dark Red door. The square is well sign posted from the seafront - please follow signs for NCP car park.

-George IV Guesthouse is a 15 minute walk from Brighton station.

-There is a taxi rank at the station, but for those of you walking follow the directions below:

-Take the main exit from the station and walk down Queen's Road towards the Sea

-When you reach the main junction where the clock tower is take a right on Western Road

-Keep walking down Western Road until you reach Preston Street and turn left

-Take the 2nd left at Regency Square and the hotel is located at the top of the Square with a pink door
